Parts Policy
Once a customer approves a repair — whether in writing, verbally, or by text message — any necessary parts will be ordered immediately unless instock. If the customer later decides not to proceed with the repair before the part arrives or after it has been ordered, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover supplier and processing costs.
Diagnostic Fee: $25.00 All equipment is subject to a non-refundable diagnostic fee of $25.00, payable at check-in. If you authorize and we complete the repair, the diagnostic fee will be credited toward the total repair cost. If the equipment is not repaired, is determined to be beyond economical repair, or you decline the repair estimate, the diagnostic fee covers the time spent diagnosing the problem.

In Shop Custom Build
Custom Built Gaming Desktop $75.00hr
Board-level microsoldering Flat Fee repairs $89.00 – $139.00 depending on the repair
On Site Labor Rates:
Computer / Laptop $90.00 hr. + $20 each addition 15 minutes.
Printer Repairs $110hr + $20 each additional 15 minutes.
