The deadline to upgrade to Windows 11 is nearly here — Microsoft will end Windows 10 support on October 14, 2025.
After that date, Microsoft will stop releasing free security updates, leaving your system exposed to new threats. If your PC isn’t compatible with Windows 11 or you’re not ready to upgrade, don’t worry — you still have a few options.

Extended Security Updates (ESU) program.

Windows 10 users can choose one of three ways to keep receiving security updates:

1. Redeem 1,000 Microsoft Rewards points.
   You can earn points by using Microsoft’s services — for example, downloading the Bing app earns 500 points right away.
2. Sync your Windows Backup to OneDrive.
   This option is free, though you may need to buy extra storage (the default free plan offers 5 GB).
3. Pay $30 for one year of critical updates.
   This ensures your PC continues to receive essential patches while you plan your upgrade.

Will I lose my files?
Not if you choose a clean install with backup. We copy your user folders and restore them after install.

My PC won’t boot—can you still reinstall?
Yes. We image or attempt recovery first, then proceed with a clean install if needed.

Do you provide Windows or macOS licenses?
Windows: we can activate with your digital license or new key. macOS: no license purchase required.

How long does it take?
Usually 1 business day. Very large backups or failing drives can take longer; we’ll advise at check-in.

Can you move my apps?
We reinstall common apps and can migrate many settings; some apps require re-activation.
